Papa Murphy’s nutrition lacks more healthy items on its menu. Aside from a Crustless Pizza or a salad, there is a lack of nutritious menu choices. If you must order a pizza from Papa Murphy’s, try to do it as little as possible. Pizza is not the healthiest meal and should not be a regular meal choice. Eating food items like pizza should be in moderation to maintain a healthy nutritional balance.
